I. SPONSOR AND PROMOTION PERIOD

The FrickN' Clean Dyson® V16 + $1,000 Cash Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by 80four Inc., 4021 Alvis Ct., Suite 3, Rocklin, CA 95677 (the “Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries, regardless of entry method, must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026. The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device for online transactions. For mail-in entries, submission means physical receipt of the completed entry by the Sponsor by that cutoff. A postmark by December 31, 2026 does not excuse receipt after the cutoff. No entry submitted after that cutoff is eligible.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry, except that residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least nineteen years old.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND RHODE ISLAND. It is also void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, all other U.S. territories, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and other persons or entities materially involved in developing, administering, or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible. For these purposes, immediate family includes a spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law.

Winning is contingent on satisfying every requirement in these Official Rules.

III. EXACTLY TWO METHODS OF ENTRY

There are exactly two methods of entry: an automatic qualifying website-purchase entry or a free mail-in entry. Comments, follows, direct messages, link clicks, landing-page visits, and marketing-consent submissions do not create an entry.

Method 1 — Automatic website-purchase entry

During the Promotion Period, complete a qualifying product purchase at fricknclean.com. To submit a purchase entry on time, payment for the qualifying order, including a subscription renewal, must be successfully processed no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026. Orders or renewal payments processed after that cutoff do not earn entries. Each successfully paid qualifying order, including a subscription renewal, earns one standard entry for each actual can of FrickN' Clean cleaner purchased. A kit containing three cans counts as three cans. Accessories, shipping, handling, taxes, and future unpaid shipments do not earn entries. Product discounts do not reduce the number of qualifying paid cans counted.

One-time subscription bonus. Each eligible person may receive the subscription bonus on only their first qualifying paid order containing bonus-eligible subscription cans during the Promotion Period (the “Bonus Order”). On that order, cans purchased under an every-two-month subscription earn two total entries per can: one standard entry plus one additional entry. Cans purchased under a monthly subscription earn three total entries per can: one standard entry plus two additional entries. In a mixed order, each can earns the rate applicable to its own purchase mode and schedule when payment is processed.

Existing subscribers may qualify on their first otherwise eligible paid renewal during the Promotion Period. A previous one-time purchase does not use the subscription bonus. Every-three-month subscription cans earn only the standard rate and do not themselves use bonus eligibility.

After the Bonus Order, subsequent qualifying orders and renewals earn one standard entry per paid can, except during a separately announced promotional period described below. Canceling, restarting, changing schedules, or using another email address does not create another subscription bonus. Canceling future auto-ship alone does not remove entries already earned from retained qualifying purchases or require an active subscription at the drawing.

Entries are credited to the purchaser identified by the name and valid email address submitted at checkout, even if shipped to another person. Entries are not transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or combined between people or email addresses.

If qualifying cans are canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back, remove the standard and bonus entries attributable to those affected cans at the original order's applicable rate. Refunding a Bonus Order does not automatically create eligibility for another bonus. Partial monetary adjustments without identified affected cans require documented reconciliation before final entry credit; no discretionary conversion from dollars to cans is permitted.

Method 2 — Free mail-in entry

To enter without purchase, hand-print the following information legibly on a plain 3-inch by 5-inch index card or postcard:

Full legal first and last name;

Complete home mailing address;

Valid email address;

Telephone number;

Date of birth; and

The statement: “Please enter me in the FrickN' Clean Dyson® V16 + $1,000 Cash Sweepstakes.”

Mail the completed card in its own hand-addressed, separately stamped envelope to:

Each valid, separately mailed card earns one entry. Each card must be mailed separately in its own envelope with first-class postage. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, bulk-shipped, or automated entries are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2026 and must be physically received by the Sponsor no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2026. A postmark alone is insufficient: entries received after that cutoff are ineligible, even if postmarked by December 31, 2026.

No purchase information is required for a mail-in entry. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Announced 2X purchase-entry periods

The Sponsor may publicly announce specific 2X Entry Periods before they begin. Each announcement will state the exact PT start and end times. During an announced 2X Entry Period, a qualifying website purchase earns two total entries per qualifying paid can. A 2X Entry Period may not be created or applied retroactively.

The promotional rate and subscription bonus do not stack. Apply the higher total rate per qualifying can: two total entries during an announced 2X period, or three total entries for monthly subscription cans on the person's Bonus Order.

A valid mail-in card earns one entry and is not multiplied. Multiple submissions are permitted, with each submitted in its own separately stamped envelope, subject to the overall entry cap.

Entry cap

Limit: one thousand eight hundred entries per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Standard purchase entries, subscription-bonus entries, promotional entries, and free mail-in entries all count toward the same cap. No additional entries will be credited after the cap is reached.

Each entry has an equal chance of selection. The number of entries credited to individual participants may vary under the methods described above.

Entry integrity

Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, misdirected, postage-due, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. Entries created through bots, scripts, automated entry devices, commercial sweepstakes services, false identities, multiple identities, or mechanisms intended to bypass these Official Rules are void. Sponsor may require reasonable documentation to reconcile spelling variations, duplicate accounts, checkout information, or entry records and may disqualify conduct that compromises the security, administration, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

The entry limits in these Official Rules apply to this Sweepstakes. A mail-in request identifying another promotion does not create an entry in this Sweepstakes.

IV. ONE PRIZE PACKAGE

One Prize Package will be awarded to one verified winner. The winner will receive one new Dyson® V16 Piston Animal cordless vacuum and $1,000 cash. Limit one Prize Package per person.

The vacuum’s Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is based on the manufacturer’s U.S. listed price reviewed on October 16, 2026. Retail and promotional prices may vary. No difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a delivered vacuum will be paid.

The Sponsor does not manufacture the vacuum or control manufacturer availability or delivery timing. The intended model is the Dyson® V16 Piston Animal cordless vacuum. Only the manufacturer-provided accessories supplied with the awarded unit are included. No separate wet-cleaning attachment, docking upgrade, accessory bundle, service or subscription is promised. The available color will be determined by the Sponsor. No specific physical-prize delivery date is promised.

There is no cash alternative to the vacuum. The Sponsor will award the vacuum and $1,000 cash to the verified winner. Manufacturer availability or delivery delays do not cancel or reduce that Prize Package or convert its vacuum component to cash.

The $1,000 cash component will be paid by company check or ACH within thirty calendar days after the verified winner timely completes and returns every required claim, eligibility, identification and tax document.

A Prize Package is non-transferable by the winner before award and may not be substituted at the winner’s request. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including applicable taxes; optional accessories, upgrades, electricity, maintenance and repairs; and any special delivery arrangements beyond those expressly accepted by the Sponsor in writing.

The winner is responsible for complying with applicable law and the manufacturer’s instructions governing possession and use of the vacuum. Except for any express manufacturer warranty that lawfully accompanies a delivered vacuum, the Prize Package is awarded without any Sponsor warranty, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Dyson® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. The Dyson® name and related product marks are used only to identify the intended prize. Dyson® does not sponsor, endorse or administer this Sweepstakes and is not affiliated with the Sponsor’s promotion.

V. RANDOM DRAWING

The Sponsor or an independent judging organization designated by the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing during January 2027 from all eligible entries received through both entry methods, selecting one potential winner.

If the selected person is disqualified, an alternate may be selected as described below. A person may not receive more than one Prize Package.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection.

VI. POTENTIAL-WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the information associated with the selected entry. The Sponsor will make up to three good-faith telephone and/or email attempts within five business days of the first attempt.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, a notice is returned as undeliverable, the person is ineligible, or the person does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

VII. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS AND ALTERNATES

Within fourteen calendar days after the first notification attempt, the potential winner must complete and return all documents reasonably required by the Sponsor, including:

1. An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
2. A liability release and, where lawful, publicity release;
3. A completed IRS Form W-9;
4. Valid government-issued photo identification; and
5. A valid deliverable U.S. address and any information reasonably required for lawful prize delivery or cash payment.

Failure to satisfy these requirements by the deadline may result in disqualification. Up to two alternate potential winners may be selected for the Prize Package. If neither alternate completes the claim process, that Prize Package may be deemed unawarded, subject to applicable law and the final administration of these Official Rules.

VIII. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting, receiving, possessing, or using a Prize Package are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will report a Prize Package as required by applicable law using its reportable fair market value and may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or successor form. The winner should consult an independent qualified tax adviser. The Sponsor will not pay, reimburse, gross up, or offset the winner’s tax liability.

IX. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MARKETING CONSENT

The Sponsor may collect, use, store, and disclose the personal information submitted in connection with entry as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, fulfill the Prize Package, satisfy tax and legal obligations, and maintain required records. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at fricknclean.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically enroll a participant in marketing email or SMS communications. Marketing communications require a separate affirmative consent. A comment, follow, direct message, link click, or landing-page visit is not an entry.

California residents may exercise applicable privacy rights through the Sponsor's Privacy Policy or by contacting the Sponsor at the address in Section I.

X. TECHNICAL FAILURES; SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION

The Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and other persons or entities materially involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due entries; unavailable networks, servers, websites, or services; failed, interrupted, or delayed transmissions; unauthorized access; or other technical or human error beyond their reasonable control.

If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, natural disaster, public emergency, government action, or another cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend or modify the Sweepstakes to the minimum extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Nothing in this section authorizes a misleading prize representation or permits the Sponsor to avoid the one Prize Package required by Section IV.

Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the lawful operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek lawful remedies.

XI. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that applicable law does not permit the Sponsor to limit.

The Released Parties make no representation or warranty regarding the intended Dyson® V16 Piston Animal vacuum except any express manufacturer warranty that lawfully accompanies the delivered unit. Risk of loss for a delivered physical prize passes as provided in the final delivery documentation and applicable law.

XII. PUBLICITY AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Where lawful, the verified winner may be required to sign a publicity release allowing the Sponsor to announce the winner's name, city and state, and approved likeness or statement without additional compensation. The Sponsor will not publicly announce a potential winner before verification and will not publish tax, identification, address, or other private claim information.

After verification and any required consent, the Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner through FrickN' Clean social channels and other Sponsor-owned media.

XIII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Placer County, California, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and participants waive claims for punitive, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages and any right to multiply damages. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

XIV. GENERAL TERMS

The Sponsor will not award more than one Prize Package, and no person may receive more than one Prize Package. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and will be interpreted to preserve the original intent to the greatest lawful extent. The Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

If these Official Rules conflict with another Sweepstakes summary, post, advertisement, direct message, landing page, or other promotional material, these Official Rules control, except that applicable law always controls.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
