OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ALL REFERENCES TO CURRENCY IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE EXPRESSED IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The FrickN' Clean 2-Year Product Supply Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on [START DATE] (the "Start Date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on [END DATE] (the "End Date"). The period from the Start Date through the End Date is referred to as the "Promotion Period." The Sweepstakes is sponsored by 80four Inc., 4021 Alvis Ct., Suite 3, Rocklin, CA 95677 (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device for all purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, and the Sponsor's determinations as to time of entry are final.
II. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) as of the date of entry.
The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, all other U.S. territories, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, and everywhere else prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law, regulation, or ordinance. The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Canada or any country other than the United States.
Officers, directors, members, representatives, and employees of the Sponsor and of any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, advertising, promotion, and judging agencies, and any other persons or entities engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Released Parties") and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings — whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) of such individuals, and any persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
III. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry, and all entries received through either method will be pooled together for the random drawing. Entries earned through either method have an equal chance of being selected.
Method 1 — Purchase Entry (NOT required to win)
During the Promotion Period, visit https://fricknclean.com (the "Website") and complete a qualifying purchase via an approved credit or debit card transaction. For each one United States dollar ($1.00 USD) spent (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes), the Participant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Fractional dollar amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. At the time of purchase, Participant must provide: first and last name, complete home mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth.
Method 2 — Free Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry)
To enter without purchase, hand-print the following information legibly on a plain 3" × 5" index card or postcard: (a) first and last name; (b) complete home mailing address (no P.O. boxes); (c) telephone number; (d) email address; (e) date of birth; and (f) the phrase "FRICKN' CLEAN PRODUCT SUPPLY SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY."
Mail the completed card in a separate hand-addressed envelope with first-class postage affixed to:

Each mailed card must be sent in its own separately-stamped, separately-mailed envelope. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void. Each valid mail-in entry received during the Promotion Period will be credited with one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than [MAIL POSTMARK DEADLINE — e.g., five (5) days before End Date] and received by Sponsor no later than the End Date to be eligible.
Double Multiplier Period
All valid entries received between 12:01 a.m. PT on [MULTIPLIER START DATE] and 11:59 p.m. PT on [MULTIPLIER END DATE] (the "Double Multiplier Period") will be credited with one (1) additional bonus entry per valid entry submitted. The Double Multiplier applies equally to both Method 1 and Method 2 entries.
Entry Limit
Limit: one thousand eight hundred (1,800) total Sweepstakes entries per person and per email address during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. This cap includes any bonus entries earned during the Double Multiplier Period. All required information must be completed accurately; incomplete, illegible, or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.
Entry Mechanics and Disqualification
Entries made through any method other than those stated above — including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription services, automated entry devices, bots, scripts, or any mechanism intended to bypass the entry process — will be void. Proof of submission or proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries and disqualify any individual who Sponsor believes has: (a) exceeded the stated entry limit; (b) used multiple identities, addresses, email accounts, or payment methods; or (c) attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due entries. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
If Participant enters via a wireless mobile device, standard messaging and data rates may apply per Participant's service agreement with their wireless carrier. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges incurred through mobile participation.
IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant consents to Sponsor's collection, use, storage, and transfer of the personal information submitted in connection with entry, for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://fricknclean.com/privacy-policy. Participant data collected for Sweepstakes administration will not be sold to, or shared with, unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
California Residents: Residents of California have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise these rights, see Sponsor's Privacy Policy or contact Sponsor at the address in Section I.
Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically enroll Participant in any marketing communications from Sponsor. Any marketing email or SMS communications require separate, affirmative opt-in consent obtained at the time of entry or thereafter.
V. INTERNET AND TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned — including without limitation due to infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, acts of God, fire, flood, storm, riot, strike, civil commotion, pandemic, public health emergency, government regulation, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process, and to terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part at any time. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; failure of any communication line; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers; computer equipment; software; failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
VI. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner (the "Prize Winner") will receive a FrickN' Clean Product Credit in the amount of [INSERT ARV — MUST BE UNDER $500.00 USD] (the "Product Credit"), redeemable solely for products available at https://fricknclean.com. The Product Credit approximates a two (2) year supply of FrickN' Clean products based on average household usage. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is equal to the dollar value of the Product Credit. The total ARV of the Grand Prize and the maximum Total Prize Pool value is equal to the Product Credit value.
The Product Credit will be issued to the Prize Winner in the form of a unique promotional code or account-level credit applied to the Prize Winner's account at https://fricknclean.com. The Product Credit is subject to the following conditions:
(a) It is redeemable only for products sold at https://fricknclean.com;
(b) It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash;
(c) It is non-transferable and may be used only by the Prize Winner;
(d) It may be applied toward shipping and applicable taxes at the Sponsor's sole discretion;
(e) It must be fully redeemed within twenty-four (24) months of the date of issuance; any unused balance after that date will be forfeited;
(f) It may not be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes except at Sponsor's sole discretion;
(g) It may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.
If the Website is discontinued or if Sponsor ceases business operations before the Product Credit is fully redeemed, Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, either provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value or issue the remaining unused balance to the Prize Winner in the form of a check payable to the Prize Winner.
The Prize Winner is solely responsible for: any taxes associated with the receipt or use of the Product Credit (see Section XII); any shipping or handling fees not covered by the Product Credit; any applicable sales tax on purchases made with the Product Credit; and all other costs, fees, or expenses incidental to the use of the Product Credit.
Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the quality, condition, or performance of products purchased using the Product Credit, except for any express warranty that may accompany the products at the time of purchase. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Product Credit becomes unavailable for any reason.
VII. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor (or an independent judging organization designated by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding) on or about [DRAWING DATE], from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after three (3) good-faith attempts within five (5) business days of the first attempt, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Prize Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
VIII. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE AND CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To claim the Grand Prize, the potential Prize Winner must, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of first notification attempt:
1. Execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release ("Claim Documents") provided by the Sponsor;
2. Provide a valid government-issued photo identification; and
3. Provide a valid email address and deliverable U.S. mailing address for issuance of the Product Credit.
Failure to return the Claim Documents and required information by the deadline, failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the inability of the Sponsor to contact the potential Prize Winner may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected before the prize is deemed unawarded, at which point Sponsor has no further obligation to award the prize. If the potential Prize Winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules but later disqualified for any reason, the Prize Winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety, and no additional compensation will be provided.
IX. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If for any reason Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is no longer capable of being conducted as contemplated by these Official Rules — including, but not limited to, any of the occurrences described in Section V — Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, postpone, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prize in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the date of such cancellation or termination. Sponsor will have no further liability to any Participant in connection with any such cancellation, termination, or modification.
X. RELEASES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or actions of any kind whatsoever — whether for personal injury, property damage, death, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Participant's access to or use of the Website; (b) participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including preparation for, participation in, and/or travel to or from any Sweepstakes-related activity; (c) the acceptance, receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize, including products purchased using the Product Credit; (d) any technical malfunctions of any kind, including without limitation any interruption or failure of the Website or any related infrastructure; or (e) any typographical, printing, or other error appearing in any Sweepstakes materials or in these Official Rules.
The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Grand Prize or any products purchased using the Product Credit, except for any express warranty that may accompany such products at the time of purchase. Each Prize Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to any products purchased using the Product Credit upon delivery.
XI. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Grand Prize, the Prize Winner consents to the use of their name, city and state of residence, voice, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and any statements made by the Prize Winner concerning the Sweepstakes or the Sponsor, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, publicity, and trade purposes by the Sponsor and its designees, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. The Prize Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor is not obligated to use any such materials.
XII. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
All federal, state, and local taxes (including income, sales, excise, gift, or any similar taxes) associated with the acceptance, receipt, or use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Because the ARV of the Grand Prize is less than $600.00 USD, the Sponsor does not anticipate issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC in connection with this Sweepstakes. However, the Prize Winner remains responsible for reporting any required income on their own tax returns as applicable under federal, state, and local tax law. The Prize Winner is encouraged to consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize.
XIII. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION; WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION
By participating, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Except where prohibited by law, each Participant agrees that:
1. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Placer County, California, or in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
2. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will they include attorneys' fees.
3. Under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to obtain awards for — and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim — indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waives any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Participants, Sponsor, or the Released Parties, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
XIV. STATE-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
To the extent any provision of these Official Rules is inconsistent with the law of the Participant's state of residence, that state's law will control, but only for Participants residing in that state and only to the minimum extent required by law.
XV. WINNERS LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES REQUESTS

XVI. MISCELLANEOUS
The names of individuals, groups, companies, products, and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos, and images thereof, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The inclusion of any product or service as a prize does not imply any association with or endorsement by such entity, and no association or endorsement should be inferred unless expressly stated.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or of any Claim Documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in full effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
To the extent there is any conflict between these Official Rules appearing in any other location and any terms of use, privacy policy, or other agreements posted on the Sponsor's Website, these Official Rules shall control with respect to the Sweepstakes.
