OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PRIZE AND DRAWING ARE SUBJECT TO THE MINIMUM SALES CONDITION AND THE OTHER CONDITIONS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Participation constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. All references to currency are in United States dollars.

I. SPONSOR AND PROMOTION PERIOD

The FrickN' Clean NEO 1X Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by 80four Inc., 4021 Alvis Ct., Suite 3, Rocklin, CA 95677 (the “Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 31, 2027 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device for online transactions. Mail-in deadlines are governed by the postmark and receipt rules below.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry, except that residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be at least nineteen years old.

THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND RHODE ISLAND. It is also void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, all other U.S. territories, U.S. military installations in foreign countries, outside the United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and other persons or entities materially involved in developing, administering, or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible. For these purposes, immediate family includes a spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law.

Winning is contingent on satisfying every requirement in these Official Rules.

III. EXACTLY TWO METHODS OF ENTRY

There are exactly two methods of entry: an automatic qualifying website-purchase entry or a free mail-in entry. Comments, follows, direct messages, link clicks, landing-page visits, and marketing-consent submissions do not create an entry.

Method 1 — Automatic website-purchase entry

During the Promotion Period, complete a qualifying product purchase at fricknclean.com. Both one-time product purchases and subscription orders, including successfully processed subscription renewals during the Promotion Period, qualify.

The purchaser is automatically credited with one entry for each eligible whole dollar of product spend actually charged after discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes. Fractional dollars are rounded down. Purchase entries are credited to the purchaser identified by the name and valid email address submitted at checkout, even if the order is shipped to another person. Entries are not transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or combined between people or email addresses.

If an order or product amount is canceled, returned, refunded, or charged back, all entries attributed to the affected order or refunded amount will be removed. Removed entries are not automatically restored. The participant may earn new entries only through a new qualifying purchase completed within the Promotion Period or a new valid mail-in entry satisfying all requirements and deadlines.

Method 2 — Free mail-in entry

To enter without purchase, hand-print the following information legibly on a plain 3-inch by 5-inch index card or postcard:

1. Full legal first and last name;
2. Complete home mailing address;
3. Valid email address;
4. Telephone number;
5. Date of birth; and
6. The statement: “Please enter me in the FrickN' Clean NEO 1X Sweepstakes.”

Mail the completed card in its own hand-addressed, separately stamped envelope to:

Each valid, separately mailed card earns one entry. Each card must be mailed separately in its own envelope with first-class postage. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, bulk-shipped, or automated entries are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2027 and received by the Sponsor no later than April 14, 2027.

No purchase information is required for a mail-in entry. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.

Announced 2X purchase-entry periods

The Sponsor may publicly announce specific 2X Entry Periods before they begin. Each announcement will state the exact PT start and end times. During an announced 2X Entry Period, a qualifying website purchase earns two entries for each eligible whole dollar of product spend actually charged after discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes. A 2X Entry Period may not be created or applied retroactively.

Under these rules, a valid mail-in card earns one entry and is not multiplied during a 2X purchase-entry period.

Entry cap

Limit: one thousand eight hundred entries per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of entry method. Standard purchase entries, 2X purchase entries, and free mail-in entries all count toward the same cap. No additional entries will be credited after the cap is reached.

Each entry has an equal chance of selection. The number of entries credited to individual participants may vary under the methods described above.

Entry integrity

Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, misdirected, postage-due, or otherwise noncompliant entries are void. Entries created through bots, scripts, automated entry devices, commercial sweepstakes services, false identities, multiple identities, or mechanisms intended to bypass these Official Rules are void. Sponsor may require reasonable documentation to reconcile spelling variations, duplicate accounts, checkout information, or entry records and may disqualify conduct that compromises the security, administration, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.

IV. MINIMUM SALES CONDITION

The Grand Prize drawing and award are expressly conditioned on the Sponsor recording at least $200,000 in Net Qualifying Product Sales during the Promotion Period (the “Minimum Sales Condition”). If the Minimum Sales Condition is not satisfied, no drawing will be conducted and no prize will be awarded.

Net Qualifying Product Sales means product revenue from completed qualifying FrickN' Clean website purchases during the Promotion Period, after discounts; excluding taxes, shipping, and handling; and reduced by cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargebacks recorded through April 30, 2027.

The Sponsor will determine and document whether the Minimum Sales Condition was satisfied on April 30, 2027 using its ordinary-course transaction records. No entrant is guaranteed to win, regardless of whether or how much that entrant purchases.

V. GRAND PRIZE AND CASH FALLBACK

If the Minimum Sales Condition is satisfied, one Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $20,000.

The intended Grand Prize is one NEO 1X humanoid robot. The Sponsor does not manufacture the NEO 1X and does not control its public-release date, production schedule, availability, configuration, transfer approval, or delivery timing. No specific public-release or prize-delivery date is promised.

If, by May 7, 2027, the Sponsor has secured an available NEO 1X that the Sponsor may lawfully transfer and arrange to deliver to the verified winner, the verified winner will receive that NEO 1X. The specific available configuration, color, and included manufacturer-provided accessories, if any, will be determined by the Sponsor based on the unit lawfully available for transfer. No unlisted accessory, feature, service, subscription, upgrade, or capability is promised.

If the Minimum Sales Condition is satisfied but the Sponsor has not secured such an available and transferable NEO 1X by May 7, 2027, the Grand Prize will automatically convert to $20,000 cash. The Sponsor may not extend the May 7 determination date merely to avoid the cash fallback. The cash fallback will be paid by company check or ACH within thirty calendar days after the verified winner timely completes and returns every required claim, eligibility, identification, and tax document.

The cash fallback is not awarded if the Minimum Sales Condition is not satisfied.

The prize is non-transferable by the winner before award and may not be substituted at the winner's request. The winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including applicable taxes; optional accessories, features, upgrades, subscriptions, connectivity, electricity, maintenance, and repairs; and any special delivery or installation arrangements beyond those expressly accepted by the Sponsor in writing.

The winner is responsible for determining and complying with any law, regulation, property rule, safety requirement, or manufacturer's instruction governing possession or use of the robot. Except for any express manufacturer warranty that lawfully accompanies a delivered robot, the prize is awarded without any Sponsor warranty, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The NEO and 1X names and related marks belong to their respective owner. Identification of the intended prize does not state or imply that 1X endorses, sponsors, administers, or is affiliated with this Sweepstakes.

VI. THRESHOLD VERIFICATION AND RANDOM DRAWING

The Sponsor will verify the Minimum Sales Condition on April 30, 2027. If it is satisfied, the Sponsor or an independent judging organization designated by the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about May 7, 2027 from all eligible entries received through both entry methods.

If the Minimum Sales Condition is not satisfied, no drawing will occur and no prize will be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VII. POTENTIAL-WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email using the information associated with the selected entry. The Sponsor will make up to three good-faith telephone and/or email attempts within five business days of the first attempt.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, a notice is returned as undeliverable, the person is ineligible, or the person does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

VIII. CLAIM REQUIREMENTS AND ALTERNATES

Within fourteen calendar days after the first notification attempt, the potential winner must complete and return all documents reasonably required by the Sponsor, including:

1. An affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
2. A liability release and, where lawful, publicity release;
3. A completed IRS Form W-9;
4. Valid government-issued photo identification; and
5. A valid deliverable U.S. address and any information reasonably required for lawful prize delivery or cash payment.

Failure to satisfy these requirements by the deadline may result in disqualification. Up to two alternate potential winners may be selected. If neither alternate completes the claim process, the prize may be deemed unawarded, subject to applicable law and the final administration of these Official Rules.

IX. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting, receiving, possessing, or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor will report the prize as required by applicable law using its reportable fair market value and may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or successor form. The winner should consult an independent qualified tax adviser. The Sponsor will not pay, reimburse, gross up, or offset the winner's tax liability.

X. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MARKETING CONSENT

The Sponsor may collect, use, store, and disclose the personal information submitted in connection with entry as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, fulfill the prize, satisfy tax and legal obligations, and maintain required records. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at fricknclean.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not automatically enroll a participant in marketing email or SMS communications. Marketing communications require a separate affirmative consent. A comment, follow, direct message, link click, or landing-page visit is not an entry.

California residents may exercise applicable privacy rights through the Sponsor's Privacy Policy or by contacting the Sponsor at the address in Section I.

XI. TECHNICAL FAILURES; SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION

The Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and other persons or entities materially involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due entries; unavailable networks, servers, websites, or services; failed, interrupted, or delayed transmissions; unauthorized access; or other technical or human error beyond their reasonable control.

If fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, natural disaster, public emergency, government action, or another cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs the security, fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may suspend or modify the Sweepstakes to the minimum extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Nothing in this section changes the Minimum Sales Condition, authorizes a misleading prize representation, or permits the Sponsor to avoid the $20,000 cash fallback after the Minimum Sales Condition is satisfied and the fallback is triggered.

Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or undermine the lawful operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek lawful remedies.

XII. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that applicable law does not permit the Sponsor to limit.

The Released Parties make no representation or warranty regarding the intended NEO 1X prize except any express manufacturer warranty that lawfully accompanies the delivered unit. Risk of loss for a delivered physical prize passes as provided in the final delivery documentation and applicable law.

XIII. PUBLICITY AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Where lawful, the verified winner may be required to sign a publicity release allowing the Sponsor to announce the winner's name, city and state, and approved likeness or statement without additional compensation. The Sponsor will not publicly announce a potential winner before verification and will not publish tax, identification, address, or other private claim information.

After verification and any required consent, the Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner through FrickN' Clean social channels and other Sponsor-owned media.

XIV. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes or prize will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Placer County, California, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, and participants waive claims for punitive, incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages and any right to multiply damages. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

XV. GENERAL TERMS

The Sponsor will not award more than one Grand Prize. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and will be interpreted to preserve the original intent to the greatest lawful extent. The Sponsor's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

If these Official Rules conflict with another Sweepstakes summary, post, advertisement, direct message, landing page, or other promotional material, these Official Rules control, except that applicable law always controls.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
